I led the first in-house creative direction for a flagship Amazon Ads industry event, building a complete event identity system from scratch that eliminated a $120K agency dependency and gave the team direct creative control for the first time.

The system covered every touchpoint attendees and stakeholders would see: a bespoke event brand identity, custom logo lockup, an elevated presentation template with sophisticated animations, and a full suite of email assets. I built it to be both immersive in the room and operationally scalable, so cross-functional teams had everything they needed to execute consistently at speed. It became the reference point that informed physical production decisions and shaped the creative approach for future high-visibility events.
