I drove the in-house creative direction for a flagship Amazon Ads industry event—designing the event identity, digital templates, and motion assets that guided cross-functional teams, informed physical production, and influenced future high-visibility experiences. For the first time, the foundational creative work was brought in-house, marking a strategic shift from the traditional $120K external agency model to a more integrated, cost-effective approach.

The creative vision centered on developing a comprehensive visual identity system that would elevate the event experience across all touchpoints. This included a bespoke event brand identity, custom logo lockup, an elevated PowerPoint template featuring sophisticated visuals and animations, and a full suite of email assets. The design language was crafted to be both immersive and engaging, setting a new standard for the event's visual presence.
